Additional Information

  • All venue rentals require a $250 non-refundable deposit that will be credited to the total cost
  • Sanguinetti House Museum will be open during your event
  • Event insurance is required
  • Licensed caterers and bartenders are welcome
  •  Live music and DJs permitted
  • Table and chair set up/clean up is included (up to 100 white padded chairs, 4 eight foot rectangular tables, 10 six foot rectangular tables, and 1 bar included)
  • Amenities such as linens, additional tents, outdoor heaters, and table linens are not provided
